Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the h533zk website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the h533zk platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and h533zk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on h533zk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. h533zk enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice and the norms applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited to you as an individual under any applicable court order, injunction, or self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of h533zk or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by h533zk directly or through any responsible gaming programme — that remains in force at the time of registration or play.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

h533zk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction. Any balance in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Registration on h533zk is free of charge and is completed by submitting accurate personal information through the registration interface. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one h533zk account at any time. If you have previously held an account that was closed by h533zk for a breach of these Terms, you are not eligible to open a new account without our prior written consent.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. h533zk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Notify us immediately via our 24/7 support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification. h533zk may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request or when required by our internal risk and compliance framework. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot).
• A selfie or live photo with the identification document, as requested.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. h533zk processes KYC documents in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits

All deposits on h533zk are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following deposit methods are currently supported, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• Indonesian E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are typically credited to your h533zk wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during periods of high network activity or scheduled bank maintenance windows. h533zk does not charge a platform-side fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which h533zk bears no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name and registered to your verified h533zk identity. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in account investigation, possible suspension, and return of funds to the originating source.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your h533zk account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice beyond a published platform announcement.

h533zk reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your h533zk account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed all applicable KYC verification steps before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. A change of withdrawal destination requires additional KYC documentation.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled in full before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as a condition of a specific promotional offer accepted by you.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the h533zk finance team during support hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the opening of the next available processing window.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for verified accounts. h533zk does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals; however, receiving bank or e-wallet fees are the Member's responsibility.

h533zk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to hold the payment for up to seven (7) business days where an account is under investigation. Members will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

In the event that a withdrawal is credited to an incorrect destination as a result of information provided by the Member, h533zk accepts no liability for the resulting loss and will not be obligated to reissue the payment.

Bonuses & Promotions

h533zk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which will specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), expiry period, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus play.

The following general bonus rules apply to all h533zk promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Member, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.
• Where a Member holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds will be used for wagers first unless the Member has specifically opted into a bonus mode within the cashier settings.
• h533zk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.
• Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus structures — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses credited in connection with Indonesian seasonal events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Christmas — are subject to the specific terms published for each respective campaign.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the h533zk platform are governed by the rules published within the relevant game or sportsbook interface. In cases of conflict, the game provider's certified rules take precedence over any other description or summary. Specific rules governing the following categories apply:

• Sportsbook: Wagers on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia matches, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports markets are subject to the pre-match and in-play rules displayed in the sportsbook section. All results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. h533zk reserves the right to void any wager where a market was offered in error or where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt.
• Live Casino: Live Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and all other live dealer games are operated by third-party certified providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). The recorded game feed constitutes the definitive record of play in any dispute.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h533zk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a verifiable platform error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing h533zk support staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access-control measure implemented by h533zk.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the h533zk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of h533zk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h533zk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the h533zk platform content without our prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

h533zk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h533zk implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transaction flows. Personal data submitted for KYC purposes is stored on secure, access-controlled servers and is not shared with third parties except where required for payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification, or compliance with applicable law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by h533zk, subject to any legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to our support team at the contact details in Section 17.

Responsible Gaming

h533zk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide all verified members with access to the following self-management tools, available directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the net loss you are prepared to accept.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h533zk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the h533zk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunction.
• Financial loss resulting from a Member's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Inaccuracies in real-time odds, scores, or live-data feeds arising from third-party data provider errors.

In all cases where h533zk is found liable to a Member by a competent authority, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits h533zk's liability for death or personal injury arising from our gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Account Suspension & Termination

h533zk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with a zero balance that have not been accessed for twelve (12) consecutive months may be administratively closed. Members will receive advance notice via their registered email address before any such closure is enacted.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, h533zk reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Verified real-money deposits that were not involved in the breach will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following an investigation period, unless otherwise required by law.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team. All outstanding balances will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method prior to closure, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 6.

Amendments to These Terms

h533zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered Members via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the h533zk platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h533zk is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and h533zk, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of an arbitral proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
